An authentic and refined example of the iconic TAG Heuer 2000 series, introduced in the early 1980s and renowned for its robust design and reliability. This quartz diver is built for performance, with a classic black dial and the unmistakable professional tool look of TAG Heuer.

• Case: Stainless steel, approx. 38 mm including crown (41.5 mm without crown)

• Bracelet: Original TAG Heuer stainless steel bracelet with signed clasp, fits wrists up to 24 cm (full links included)

• Dial: Black, with luminescent hands and time markers, date window at 3 o'clock

• Bezel: Unidirectional rotating steel bezel with raised markers

• Caseback: Stainless steel screw-on, factory protective plastic still present

• Water resistance: 200 meters – recently tested and approved in store

Condition & History

The watch is in excellent vintage condition, with only slight signs of age. Important to note: it has never been polished—preserving the original, well-defined lines, just as it was when it was sold at the time.

It was acquired from the stock of a closed (retired) watch shop. It was recently overhauled: new gaskets installed, new battery and watertightness test performed and confirmed.

The original black dial is very well preserved, with the luminosity working correctly, as shown in the photographs.
A very rare detail: the factory protective plastic on the bottom of the box is still intact, never removed since new. This adds historic charm and originality—we chose to leave it in place, as collectors value this type of intact detail.
