Terms and Conditions of Sale – Fama Elegance

Fama Elegance is an e-commerce store dedicated to the sale of new, pre-owned, and vintage watches, as well as related products, through its domain www.famaelegance.com.

This website and its contents are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and are the property of Adriano Freitas, founder of Fama Elegance. The use of materials and the name Fama Elegance is only permitted with prior consent. The Fama Elegance brand is registered.

By using this website, you agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions.


1. Definitions

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are agreed between Adriano Freitas, hereinafter referred to as “Fama Elegance”, and any individual wishing to make purchases through the website www.famaelegance.com, hereinafter referred to as the “User”.

By using the website www.famaelegance.com and placing an order, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If the User does not agree with any of these terms, they should refrain from using this website.


3. Products and Services

Fama Elegance offers for sale through its website:

New Watches: Original products with manufacturer warranty.
Pre-owned Watches: Used products, carefully inspected and described in detail regarding their condition and functionality.
Vintage Watches: Older timepieces, some of which may be sold without original packaging. This will always be clearly stated in the product description.

Fama Elegance strives to provide accurate product information. However, colors and details may vary depending on the user’s device display settings.


4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and may include or exclude taxes depending on the customer’s location.

Payments can be made through the available methods at checkout, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other supported payment options.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase, and the User will receive confirmation of the transaction.


5. Shipping and Delivery

Fama Elegance ships within the European Union.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For pre-owned or vintage items, shipping times may be slightly longer due to stock availability.


6. Returns and Exchanges

New Watches: The User may return the product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Pre-owned Watches: Returns are accepted only if the product shows no signs of wear or use and is returned in the same condition.

Vintage Watches (without original box): These items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or not as described.


7. Warranty

New Watches: Covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Pre-owned and Vintage Watches: Manufacturer warranty does not apply. However, Fama Elegance provides a functional warranty of [X days] from the date of purchase.


8. Modifications

Fama Elegance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be published on this page.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, videos, design, and software, is the exclusive property of Fama Elegance or licensed for its use. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
